1. What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the name, email, city, studio preference, style, budget range, concept description, optional reference image, optional referral, your browser user-agent, and any UTM parameters present in the URL. We also collect aggregate page-view data (no personal identifiers attached) and basic Meta Pixel events for advertising attribution.
2. Why we collect it
The inquiry data is used solely to respond to your tattoo request and schedule a consultation. The aggregate analytics and pixel data are used to understand which channels bring serious clients so the studio can keep its small advertising budget aimed at the right audience. We do not sell, share, or rent your data. Ever.
3. Where it is stored
Inquiry data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) under the project enzo-lezcano-tattoo, hosted in the United States (us-central1 region). Reference images go to Firebase Storage. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe — we never see or store your card information. Meta Pixel events go directly to Meta and are subject to Meta's privacy policy.
4. How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as you remain an active client plus seven years (US tax record requirements). If you request deletion, we delete the inquiry record within 30 days, except for entries legally required for tax or contract documentation, which are anonymized.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing enzolezcanotattoo@gmail.com from the address you used to submit the inquiry. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR (data portability, restriction of processing, objection). California residents have rights under CCPA — including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use a single Meta Pixel cookie to attribute inquiries to the channel that brought them. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, behavioral advertising networks, or session-recording tools. The site sets no cookies until you interact with the form.
7. Children
We do not work with clients under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date. The current version is always at this URL.
